摘    要:采用有限元方法研究了某新型自动步枪枪机闭锁面与节套闭锁面间垂直接触碰撞的动应力.建立了闭锁机构在3种不同情况下的有限元模型并进行了数值仿真计算.分析了闭锁面上接触应力的分布情况和变化规律,对比了3种不同情况下最大接触应力的位置和大小.计算结果表明闭锁机构的强度满足要求.

Abstract:By using the finite element method, the dynamic stress caused by vertical contact impact between bolt locking surface and barrel extension locking surface of a new rifle was studied. The finite element models were developed in three different cases, and the numerical simulation was processed. The distribution and variation regulations of the contact stress on the locking surface were analyzed. The value and the location of the maximal contact stress on the contact surface in three cases were compared. The calculation results show that the strength of the locking mechanism is proper.
