| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了网络计划技术 ,并讨论了影响网络计划的工期优化、费用优化和资源优化的因素 ,提出了网络计划优化分析的方法和步骤。指出工期优化主要有技术和组织等措施 ;费用优化的关键是寻找总费用最少的工期 ;资源优化主要有“资源有限、工期最短”和“工期固定、资源均衡”两种措施。

| Abstract: | This paper simply introduces the Program Evaluation and Review Techniques and discusses the factors that affect time optional control,cost optimization and resource optimization ,and puts forward new methods and steps for optimization analysis.Time limit for a project being optional mainly refers to the measures of technique and organization.The key to cost optimization is to seek the less time with the whole cost and resource optimization means Funds limited & working Time Shortest and Time fixed & Funds Banlanced. |
