摘    要:在用标准方法测定的沥青软化点和针入度数据的基础上.运用多元同归法建立了沥青软化点和针入度预测模型,并对该模型进行了验证。结果表明:该模型是可靠的,与标准方法相比,用该模型计算沥青针入度的标准偏差南5.61降低到0.42,软化点的标准偏差由0.98降低到0.21;分析针入度时间由至少150min减少到5min,分析软化点由至少60min减少到5min。利用该方法测定沥青软化点和针入度每年可为企业创经济效益至少14万元。但是当原料变化等原因出现模型不能覆盖的试样时,需要用标准方法测量。

Abstract:Based on the data of penetration and softening point of asphalt determined by standard method, a prediction model for determinating the two indexes of asphalt was established by using of multiple regression and was also verified. The results show that this model is reliable, comparing with standard method, the standard deviation of penetration using this model decreases from 5.61 to 0.42 and that of softening point decreases from 0.98 to 0.21; analyzing time of penetration and softening point decrease from 150 min to 5 min and from 60 min to 5 min, respectively. At least 140 thousands yuan (RMB) can be saved annually by using of this method for determining penetration and softening point. But standard method is still needed in case certain samples can not be determined by the model because of the variation in compositions of the samples.
