掺钢渣-矿渣-粉煤灰复合微粉混凝土性能研究

摘    要:研究了由钢渣-矿渣-粉煤灰制备的复合微粉对混凝土强度、收缩性能和氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明:在同水胶比下,复合微粉等量取代水泥后,混凝土7d强度低于普通混凝土的强度,当复合微粉掺量小于45%时,其28d及以后强度高于普通混凝土。在同水胶比下,复合微粉等量取代水泥后,可有效降低混凝土的干燥收缩,且混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能显著提高。

Abstract:The compressive strength, shrinkage and chloride ion penetration of concrete with compound mineral powder of steel slag, granulated blast furnace slag and fly ash were studied. The result shows that the 7 days strength of concrete that compound power substitute for cement at equal quality is lower than that of corresponding ordinary concrete at equal water/binder ratio, but the strength of 28d and later is greater than that of corresponding one when the substitute amount is less than 45%. At the equal water/binder ratio, the shrinkage of concrete is reduced distinctly and chloride ion penetration of concrete is decreased obviously when the compound power substitutes for cement at equal quality.
