摘    要:介绍了连续气液两相氯化法生产氯代特戊酰氯新工艺,该工艺将氯化反应与精馏分离有机地结合在一起,有效地避免了深度氯化,从而在保持高选择性的同时,能大幅度提高特戊酰氯的单程转化率、大大简化工艺和设备,该技术对类似氯化装置具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This article has described the new process preparing chloropivaloyl chloride(CPC) by continuous vapor-liquid two phases chlorination reaction of pivaloyl chloride,the reactive distillation technique(RDT) which incorporates chlorination reaction and distillation were possible of refraining from chlorination deeply,high conversion of pivaloyl chloride and high selectivity of chloropivaloyl chloride were achieved,process and equipment were simplified strongly,this technological process was of practical value in designing same or similar plant and optimizing operation.
