循环流化床锅炉给煤系统的缺陷及设计的改进

摘    要:目前投运的100~150MW等级循环流化床锅炉(CFB)的给煤系统存在安全隐患,当采用皮带给煤机的给煤系统时,应该增加防止燃烧区的高温烟气反窜的锁气装置,多点给煤的给煤机给煤口设计要注意,且应采用上位机程序控制方式.文章在分析CFB给煤系统的功能与运行情况的基础上,提出给煤系统的优化设计方案和正确运行方式,并指出了采用皮带给煤机和热一次风送煤是大型CFB给煤系统设计的发展趋势.

Abstract:Some problems existed in the coal feeder systems of some 100 - 150MW CFB boilers in operation. Based upon the analysis on these problems as well as the functions of coal feeder system for CFB boiler,in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the coal feeder system,it is suggested to select belt coal feeder with hot prknary air for large scale CFB boilers. The optimum design scheme and reasonable operation procedure are also given herein.
