国内外冷轧电工钢标准中尺寸公差分析

摘    要:大多数工业化国家的冷轧电工钢都采用IEC标准来制定本国标准,在铁损、磁感相同的情况下,评价标准水平高低和质量优劣的主要指标就是电工钢的尺寸公差。本文对IEC、欧洲、日本、中国、ASTM标准中冷轧电工钢的尺寸公差进行了分析比较,结果表明:取向钢的同板差:IEC、欧洲、日本、中国相同,ASTM标准较严;无取向钢的同板差:ASTM标准最松,中国、日本标准中等,IEC、欧洲标准最严;取向钢的横向厚度差:IEC、欧洲标准严于日本和中国标准0.010 mm,ASTM没有规定;无取向钢横向厚度差:IEC、欧洲标准较严,日本、中国较松,ASTM没有规定;宽度偏差:IEC、欧洲标准最小,ASTM最大,日本、中国标准中等。

Abstract:IEC standards are introduced by most industrialization countries to constitute their own country standards of cold roll electric steel.In the same situation of iron waste and magnetic induction,dimension tolerance is the most index of evaluating the level of standards and electric steel quality.By the compare of dimension tolerance in IEC,Europe,Japan,China,US standards,we elicit: the same plate difference of grain orientated silicon steel,in IEC,Europe,Japan,China standards is the same;in US standards is stricter.The same plate difference of non-grain orientated silicon steel,in US standards is the largest,in China,Japan standards is the medium,in IEC,Europe standards is the smallest.The cross direction thickness difference of grain orientated silicon steel,in IEC,Europe standards is 0.010 mm stricter than in China,Japan standards;in US ASTM isn't prescribed.The cross direction thickness difference of non-grain orientated silicon steel,in IEC,Europe standards is stricter,in China,Japan standards is looser,in US standards isn't prescribed.The width difference,in IEC,Europe standards is the smallest,in US standards is the largest,in China, Japan standards is the medium.
