摘    要:本文研究了4Cr2NiMoV钢的性能及生产应用,证明该钢具有高强韧性、热稳定性及热疲劳特性.该钢与30CrMnSi钢电渣重熔铸成双金属热锻模具代替5CrMnMo整体模块,省去了锻造镦拨及专门对燕尾回火两道工序,使模具寿命提高47%~80%

Abstract:This paper deals with the research on the property and application of 4Cr2NiMoV steel.It is proved that 4Cr2NiMoV steel has higher strength and toughness better thermal stability as well as better thermal fatigue properties.Meanwhile,4CrZ2iMoV steel and 30CrMnSi steel slag are recasted into a two metal hot-working die to replace the 5CrMnMo integral die,it can exempttwo processes of upsetting and specially tempering for die and is increased by 47-80 percent of service life.
