电脉冲读出模式下PST铁电陶瓷的红外探测特性

摘    要:采用性状较为一致的(Pb1-xSrx)TiO3(简称PST)铁电陶瓷单元电容器对结构,结合相关电路的设计,对铁电材料的红外辐射探测特性进行了研究,测试结果表明,通过电脉冲模式读取不同温度下铁电材料的畴反转产生的开关电荷数来进行红外辐射强度的探测是可行的.通过进一步改进电容器对材料的铁电特性,改进探测电路,可望发展出结构更简单、功能更完善的新一代IR探测器件.

Abstract:The IR radiation detection property was researched by using the(Pb1-xSrx)TiO3(PST)ceramic double-capacitors with similar characteristic and structure and the involved circuit.The detecting results indicated that using polarization reversal charges of the ferroelectric materials under different temperature to read the radiation signal by electrical impulse was feasible for the IR detection.With the improvement of characteristics of double-capacitors and the involved circuit,the new generation IR detection device with simple structure and excellent function was anticipant to be exploited.
