聚醚的制备及摩擦特性研究

摘    要:制备了水溶性、水不溶和油溶性三类聚醚,通过多功能摩擦试验机对这三类聚醚的抗磨减摩特性进行了研究,结果表明,在低压力条件下,黏度决定了聚醚的抗磨与减摩性能;在高压力下,黏度与极性的大小共同决定了聚醚的摩擦特性,同时摩擦结果通过扫描电镜和元素分析得到了验证。

Abstract:Friction - reducing and antiwear properties of three kinds of polyethers which include water - soluble, water - insoluble and oil- soluble were evaluated by multifunctional friction test machine. The results showed that, under low pressure conditions, the viscosity determines antiwear and antifriction properties of the polyether; under high pressure, viscosity and polarity both determine the frictional characteristics of the polyether. It might be verified from the morphologies of the worn scars of steel disk by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and elemental analysis (EDS).
