大富矿配比高碱度钒钛矿烧结制度研究

摘    要:在攀钢高碱度钒钛矿烧结的条件下,为了强化大富矿配比下的钒钛矿烧结,运用正交试验手段,研究了 高富矿配比对钒钛磁铁精矿烧结的影响。正交试验结果最佳组合为(质量分数):水分为7.1%、燃料配比为 4.9%、碱度 为2.9、富矿配比为34%。表明高碱度下大富矿配比烧结适宜采取“中水、高碳、高碱度、中富矿配 比”的操作方针。

Abstract:In the conditions of Vanadium Titanium ore sintered with high alkalinity at Panzhihua Iron and Steel, in order to strengthen the next big bonanza ratio of vanadium titanium sintering, the sintering of high grade ore vanadi- um-titanium magnetite concentrate were studied by means of orthogonal test. The best combination of orthogonal test: water 7.1%, fuel ratio 4.9%, alkalinity 2.9, high-grade ore ratio 34%. The operation guideline was proposed with the proportion of high grade ore sinter basicity great fit to take in the water, high carbon, high alkalinity and the rich ore ratio.
