某含硫化-氧化铜矿石的选矿试验研究

摘    要:某矿石属于金属硫化—氧化矿石,含铜、硫、砷等有用元素,原矿中铜品位为0.4%~0.6%,矿石局部氧化造成铜回收困难。本次试验的主要目的是提高该铜矿的回收率和品位。采用优先浮选流程,通过优化试验条件,最终得到铜精矿品位16.10%、回收率为81.87%。

Experimental Study on Mineral Processing of a Sulfide Oxide Copper Ore

Abstract:It is a ore belonging to sulphide and oxide ore, with the valuable element of copper, sulphur and arsenic in the ore, and the grade of raw ore is about 0.4%~0.6%, the copper was difficult to be recovered due to the oxidation of the copper minerals. The research tests was carried out for the purpose of improving the recovery and grade of the copper concentrate. Selective flotation was adopted to recovery copper minerals, by optimizing the test conditions, finally the copper concentrate grading 16.10% Cu was obtained, at recovery of 81.87% Cu.
