辉钼矿选矿药剂及选矿工艺研究

摘    要:矿泥对辉钼矿的浮选影响很大,泥质含量高不利于提高钼精矿品位。当烃类油用作辉钼矿的捕收剂,它对微细的泥质矿物有一定的捕收性能,这是导致钼精矿品位难以提高的问题所在。在试验研究中,一方面采用选择性分散剂TZ-10和絮凝剂明矾,加强对泥质矿物的分散和抑制效果,另一方面,采用选择性更好的捕收剂TM-8加强对辉钼矿的捕收。试验结果表明,通过以上措施,解决了难选钼矿精矿品位难以提高的问题,精矿品位提高了3个百分点,回收率提高了4个百分点。

Research on the Mineral Processing Reagent and Process of Molybdenite

Abstract:Slimes have a large influence on the flotation of molybdenite ore, the high content of slime is disadvantage of improving the grade of molybdenite concentrate. Because the hydrocarbon oil has a collecting ability on fine slimes, it results from the molybdenite concentrate difficult to be improved. In this study, firstly the selective dispersant TZ-10 and alum were adopted to disperse and depress the slimes, secondly the collector TM-8 was selected to collect molybdenum minerals. It is showed that the problem of molybdenum concentrate difficult to be improved has been solved. The grade and recovery of the concentrate have been increased by 3% and 4% respectively.
