自动电压控制系统在济南电网的应用

摘    要:自动电压控制系统(Automatic Voltage Control,AVC)是一套安装在调度主站的一套软件系统,可以通过SCADA系统向电网中的有载调压装置和电容器、电抗器等无功设备发出控制指令,优化无功分布,减少线路无功传输,降低电网因无功潮流不合理引起的有功损耗,保证电压和电网关口功率因数合格,保证电网安全稳定运行。介绍AVC系统的功能,讨论AVC系统在济南电网实施中遇到的一些问题,对如何使AVC系统更好发挥作用提出建议。

Automatic Voltage Control System in Jinan Power Grid
Abstract:AVC is a set of software system installed in the master scheduling.Through the SCADA system,it can issue control instructions to the on-load tap devices,capacitors,reactors and other reactive devices in the grid,so as to optimize the distribution of reactive power and to reduce line reactive power transmission grid to reduce reactive power flow due to power loss caused by unreasonable,ensure that the grid voltage and power factor pass mark to ensure grid security and stability.This article describes the AVC function of the system,discusses the AVC system some of the problems en countered in its implementation in Jinan power grid,and put forward some suggestions on how to make the AVC system for better operation.
