| 摘 要： | 丽江古城的民居客栈已经初具规模，发展也很迅速，但是经营环境存在以下问题：丽江古城民居客栈数量多但规模小，地理位置优越但硬件设施差；外来经营者正冲击着古城民居客栈文化生态，民居客栈入住率高，淡季不淡，房价低，经营成本低，租金和折旧费用较高；游客对民居客栈地理位置的满意度高，对交通和硬件意见较大，省外游客最多但游客消费水平多处中游。
