摘    要:通过氧化物冶金、合理的Ti/N比、精心的工艺设计、合理的工艺路线,成功生产出345 MPa、490MPa强度级别的大线能量用钢,能够满足50~100 kJ/cm线能量的焊接。其产品已经成功应用于国家石油储备用钢12MnN iVR、西气东输用钢X70等高级用钢。

Abstract:Large heat input welding steel of grade 345 MPa,490 MPa have been successfully produced by oxidemetallurgy,rational Ti/N ratio,careful process design,suitable process route,which can meet the welding require-ments for 50 ~100 kJ/cm heat input.The production have been successfully applied in producing higher class steelgrades such as 12MnNiVR for state crude oil conservation project and X70 for National Natural Gas Transmission Pro-ject from West to East.
