| 摘 要： | 运用基本Petri网建立了面向仿真的、分层的制造单元模型。通过对系统的分层，使位于下层的具体加工形式可扩展；而选择层使得制造单元可以运用与零件工艺相适应的调度规则和加工形式。对模型的性能进行了分析．最后给出了以此模型为基础的仿真应用系统，通过实例验证了模型的正确性和先进性。

| Abstract: | A simulation-oriented, layered model for manufacturing cell （MC） is established with p/t Petri net. The different layers of the model make sure that the specific processing method is replaceable, and the ＂selecting layer＂ makes sure that processing method or scheduling rules cater for parts＇ routines in the MC. Performance of the model is then analyzed. Finally, a simulating application whieh based on the model is put forward, hence the model is validated. |
