| 摘 要： | 指出单行交通组织方式是一种投资少、见效快、操作简便的交通管理措施,以杭州市临平老城区为例,对于已经开展单行交通组织的城区,设置是否合理,是否可以优化,以及对单行交通产生的负面影响进行了总结与分析,以便进一步推广该种交通措施。

| Abstract: | It points out that one-way traffic organization mode is a kind of less investment,rapid,simple operation of traffic management measures.Taking Linping old urban of Hangzhou as an example,summarize and analysis the city which has launched one-way traffic organization,whether reasonable,whether can be optimized,and summarize the negative impact of one-way traffic,in order to promote the transportation measures further. |
