汽车左转向节臂锻件复合锻造工艺及模具设计

摘    要:针对汽车左转向节臂锻件现有生产工艺的诸多问题及该类锻件自身的技术特点,本文提出了辊锻一摩擦压力机模锻复合工艺方案,介绍了有关辊锻毛坯、弯曲毛坯、弯曲回弹、弯曲工序的合理安排等工艺设计要点及模具的合理结构与设计。经实际生产验证:工艺方案先进合理、生产过程稳定可靠、经济效益显著。这一工艺设计方法对其他复杂弯轴类锻件有参考意义。

Abstract:Aiming at problems in present production technology and the technical features of forging piece of left knuckle arm,a compound technology of roll forging- friction screw press has been put forward with introduction to technology design keys such as roll forging blank,bending blank,bending spring-back and proper arrangement of bending procedure as well as proper structure and design of die.Its exemplary of technology,stabilization and reliability of production process and markedness of economic benefit have been verified in practical production hence a referrence to other complex bending axle-type forging piece.
