CE/纳米SiO2复合材料的力学性能和耐磨性研究

摘    要:采用模塑成型法制备了不同配比的氰酸酯树脂(CE)/纳米SiO2复合材料,通过力学性能测试、磨损率测试和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征,发现纳米SiO2对复合材料的力学性能和耐磨性具有显著的协同改性作用.相对纯CE而言,当纳米SiO2经偶联荆SEA-171表面处理后,且其质量分数为3.0%时,CE/纳米SiO2复合材料的缺口冲击强度提高了83.58%,弯曲强度提高了18.42%,耐磨性提高了77%.

Abstract:The CE/nano-SiO2 composites were made by moulding method. It was discovered that the mechanical and fricative performance of the composites modified with nano-SiO2 had marked modified function in coordination by discussion of mechanical properties, wear rate, and results of SEM. The impact strength of the 3.0% CE/nano-SiO2 composite modified by SEA-171 increased 83.58%, the flexural strength improved 18.42%, and the wear rate lowered by 77% compared to the pure CE.
