电网降损节能面临的四大关键问题

摘    要:在电网结构不变前提下,实施电网降损节能的根本办法就是实现电网无功优化运行。而要实现电网无功优化运行,就必须解决降损节能工作所面临4大关键问题:重新修订《功率因数调整电费办法》、开展电网无功优化运行、做好电网无功动态补偿及开展无功电力市场。文章对这4大关键问题及其相互关系和实现的具体措施进行了较详细阐述。

Abstract:Under the invariable power grid structure,the basic method for implementing energy saving and loss reducing of power grid is to realize optimization operation of reactive power.It should be solved the 4 key problems of energy saving and loss reducing for realizing optimization operation of reactive power:to revise "The method of tariff adjustment for power factor ",to carry out reactive power optimization operation of power grid,to make good power grid reactive power compensation and to develop reactive power market.The correlation between these 4 key problems and the specific measures for their realization were elaborated comparatively in detail.
