铁水硫含量控制技术经济分析

摘    要:通过对鞍钢炼铁工序和炉外脱硫工序技术经济分析,得出高炉生铁含硫每提高0.001%,则高炉入炉焦比、综合焦比分别下降0.68 kg/t、0_49 kg/t,高炉日产量增加0.16%,但使炉外脱硫成本增加0.27元/t。综合高炉及炉外脱硫的吨铁成本的变化,铁水含硫每提高0.001%,综合效益为0.49元/t。

Abstract:Some results can be gained by analysis and comparing both the iron-making process from blast furnace and desulphurization process for sulfur content in hot metal that the coke ratio.Fuel ration decrease by 0.68 kilogram per ton and 0.49 kilogram per ton respectively,meanwhile the productivity increase by 0.16 percent and the cost increases by 0.2 $ per ton as sulfur content in hot metal increases by 0.001 percent.At the end the find profits is 0.49 $ per ton.Some operate regulations are put forward in this ...
