塔吊悬臂角度无线监测系统设计

摘    要:提出一种基于ZigBee无线通信的塔吊悬臂角度监测系统的设计方案.通过倾角传感器检测悬臂角度,应用CC2530模块传输至远程监控中心,并在超过倾斜报警角度后启动告警器,提醒吊具操作员.经过测试与实验表明,系统工作稳定可靠,并可广泛应用于工业控制领域.

Abstract:In this paper,a system based on ZigBee is designed to monitor angle of the jib of the tower crane.With inclinometer sensor,the angle of jib can be measured.And the data are transmitted to the remote monitoring center through the wireless module CC2530.When the angle is out of the alarm range,the system starts the alarm device to warn the crane operator.Tests and experiments have shown that the system is stable and reliable,and can be widely used in industrial control field.
