脉冲涡流无损检测装置的研制

摘    要:脉冲涡流检测方法是近几年迅速发展起来的一种涡流无损检测新技术。研究了脉冲涡流无损检测机理,研发了脉冲涡流无损检测装置,包括探头的设计与制作、脉冲信号发生电路的设计与制作、信号调理电路的设计与制作等。完成了脉冲涡流裂纹无损检测的实验研究,选取了最佳的检测参数匹配。实验结果表明,所设计的脉冲涡流无损检测装置在激励频率为100Hz-1000Hz范围内信号最为敏感。

Abstract:The pulsed eddy-current nondestructive test is one kind of new eddy-current nondestructive testing technology which develops rapidly in recent years.In this paper the mechanism of the pulsed eddy-current nondestructive test is studied and a pulsed eddy-current nondestructive test system is designed,which includes the probe head,the pulse signal generator and the signal conditioning circuits.The experimental study is completed and the best parameter matching solution is given.The experiment results show that the testing system designed in this paper is most sensitive in the excitation frequency range of 100Hz~1000Hz.
