SPV50Q钢制液化气球罐应力腐蚀分析与修复技术研究

摘    要:针对SPV50Q高强钢制造的液化气球罐焊缝及热影响区内表面裂纹的问题,分析了裂纹产生的原因及多次热处理后的强度校核,对消氢处理、裂纹打磨、补焊、整体热处理、内防腐等全过程修复技术进行了研究总结,为SPV50Q高强钢的使用和修理提供了经验依据。

Abstract:In accordance with the problems of cracks at welding seam and the inner surface of heat affected zone of SPV50Q high strength steel LPG spherical tank, this article analyzes the reasons occurred cracks and the strength check after many times of heat treatment. The repair technologies of hydrogen elimination, crack burnish, repair welding, integral heat treatment, interior corrosion protection are also studied and summarized, which provides experiences for using and repair of SPV50Q high strength steel.
