海上风电场集电系统全寿命周期成本分析

摘    要:对两种常用的海上风电场集电系统网络拓扑结构进行研究,从全寿命周期角度建立了其总成本模型,并提出了放射形结构拓扑复杂多变、环形结构运行方式多样条件下的集电系统运行成本与维护成本的计算方法。算例分析以一个典型的近海风电场为例,从全寿命周期成本的角度对其集电系统进行优化,结果表明在现有电气设备成本条件下,环形结构在风电场运行16年之后表现出一定的优势。一组灵敏度数据从不同海缆故障率、海缆单次故障维修成本对集电系统全寿命周期成本的影响进行分析,为后续海上风电场集电系统设计提供指导意见。

Abstract:This paper studies the electrical network topology of two types of offshore wind farm power collection systems. The cost model of wind farm power collection system is established from the point of view of the whole life cycle. The topology of the radial structure is complex and variable, and the ring structure is operating in various ways, under these conditions, a unified model of the operating and maintenance cost of the collector system is built. This paper takes a typical offshore wind farm as an example, optimizes the power collection system from the life cycle cost perspective. The results show that at the present cost of the power cable, the ring structure displays some advantages after 16 years operation. A set of sensitivity analysis is done using different fault rates, repair times and maintenance costs of submarine cable to show their impacts on the life cycle cost of power collection system, which can provide guidance for the future design of power collection system.
