摘    要:目的研究带轴齿轮坯闭式温精锻成形的工艺过程。方法根据零件结构特点,制订合理的成形方案,利用有限元分析软件对其闭式精锻成形过程进行模拟分析,并开展相应物理实验对模拟结果进行验证。结果通过模拟获得了齿轮坯成形过程中的等效应力分布、等效应变分布、金属流动规律、温度分布和载荷变化等,实验制得符合要求的锻件,与模拟结果基本吻合。结论闭式温精锻工艺制得了符合尺寸要求的齿轮坯锻件,该工艺方案可行,模拟结果准确可靠,对实际生产有一定指导作用。

Abstract:To study the closed precision-forging for shaft gear billet, a reasonable forming process was defined according to the special structure of the gear billet. The simulation analysis of closed precision-forging process was carried out by finite element analysis software. Corresponding physical experiment was carried out to validate the simulation results. Effective stress and strain distribution, metal flow pattern, temperature distribution and load change in the forming process were obtained through finite element simulation. The product made in experiment met the requirements and approximately agreed with the simulation results. In conclusion, gear billet made by closed warm precision-forging process meets the dimensional requirements. Therefore the process scheme is feasible. The simulation results are accurate and reliable and have a certain guiding function for actual production.
