摘    要:针对智能变电站电压过零点合闸进行了研究,提出了智能变电站选相合闸的各种实现方案,论述了以智能终端为载体实现选相合闸功能的总体实现思路,分别从采样值数据接收、选相合闸计算、选相合闸参数配置和选相合闸出口四个方面对选相合闸的实现流程进行了讨论。结合已有智能终端平台研制了样机并开展了测试验证,能够较好地满足要求,可以为今后智能变电站选相合闸功能的工程化应用提供参考。

Abstract:The closing of the zero-crossing point of voltage in smart substation is studied, different phase-selection switching schemes in smart substation are proposed. The new method is discussed in detail from four aspects, namely, the receiving of sampling value packet, phase-selection switching calculation, parameter configuration of phase-selection switching and the switching on. The design of hardware is developed with the new intelligent terminal platform, and the verification test is made. The result of test shows that this method can meet requirements and provide reference for engineering application. This work is supported by State Grid Corporation of China.
