| 摘 要： | 介绍240 k t/a粉状M AP大型国产化装置的双塔单线产品流态化冷却与料仓分装一体化技术原理、关键设备设计理论依据和结构要点,扼要总结了3年运行情况和主要参数。实践表明,该技术节省设备投资,节约运行费用,并且提高成品车间环境质量。

| Abstract: | The principle of the fluidized cooling and hopper bagging integrated system,the design theory and the structure of key equipments for 240 kt/a powdered MAP production with doubletower singleline process are introduced.The operation situation in the past 3 years and the main parameters are summarized.The results show that the technology can save the equipment investment and the operation charge,as well as improve the workshop environment. |
