摘    要:阐明了用于制备炭/炭复合材料的热梯度化学气相沉积工艺过程和原理,测定了沉积过程中预成型体内不同位置的温度.建立了炭/炭复合材料热梯度CVI的2D轴对称几何模型,以及热梯度CVI工艺中的导热微分方程,对热梯度CVI工艺中的梯度温度场进行了模拟分析,并将模拟结果与实际测试结果进行了对比.

Abstract:It was illuminated the principle and advantage of thermal gradient chemical vapor infiltration(CVI) technology for preparation of carbon/carbon composites.The temperature gradient in preforms was measured and the plot of temperature gradient via position was presented and discussed.The simplifying 2D axial symmetric geometry model and the energy transport balance equations including heat conduction,convection and radiation were built,respectively.The simulation by the finite element method aimed to describe the temperature field of the thermal gradient CVI processes for carbon/carbon composites had been performed.The simulated temperature fields were compared with the experimental measure values.
