硫基复合肥添加肥料级磷酸氢钙的工艺技术

摘    要:德昌化工有限责任公司每年副产肥料级磷酸氢钙 0 .7万吨 (干基 ) ,为使饲钙生产有较好的经济效益 ,该公司分别在过磷酸钙和硫基复合肥生产中添加肥钙 ,每年可完全消化肥钙。该文主要介绍硫基复合肥生产中添加肥钙的工艺技术 ,通过物热衡算说明每生产 1吨硫基复合肥可添加 2 0 0 kg肥钙 (干基 )的可行性。投入运行数月 ,各项指标稳定 ,年可创经济效益 2 0 0万元 ,缺点是硫基复合肥养分含量仅 4 0 %左右 ,氨耗提高 3%。

Abstract:tones of byproduct fertilizergrade dicalcium phosphate(DCP)(dry product)are obtained each year in Dechang Chemical Co., Ltd. For better economy, these byproducts are added into Sbased compound fertilizer and all of them are consumed. By material balance, 200 kg dry fertilizergrade DCP can be added into 1 ton of Sbased NPK and through several months' operation, it is considered feasible and steady, with annual benefit of 2 million RMB Yuan; the shortcoming lies in the lower nutrient content of about 40% and ammonia consumption increase of 3%.
