Technology for addition of fertilizer- grade DCP to sulfur -based compound fertilizer

tones of byproduct fertilizergrade dicalcium phosphate(DCP)(dry product)are obtained each year in Dechang Chemical Co., Ltd. For better economy, these byproducts are added into Sbased compound fertilizer and all of them are consumed. By material balance, 200 kg dry fertilizergrade DCP can be added into 1 ton of Sbased NPK and through several months' operation, it is considered feasible and steady, with annual benefit of 2 million RMB Yuan; the shortcoming lies in the lower nutrient content of about 40% and ammonia consumption increase of 3%.
