| 摘 要： | 通过对催化裂化油浆结焦结垢现象的考察，分析并指出了油浆结焦结垢的影响因素，有原料性质，工艺条件，温度，氧，固体含量，电效应，酸值，油浆流速等，提出了解决油浆结焦的综合措施，优化操作，增加设备与使用阻焦剂同时进行。

| Abstract: | The problem of slurry fouling deposition in the FCC fractionator bottom and the slurry exchangers were discussed and the fouling mechanism was studied.The influence factors of the fouling deposits are the quality of residue oil,the technical condition,oxygen and solid content of the slurry,electric change,acidity,velocity of the slurry etc.and the fouling deposits can be decreased by modifying the technical operation parameters and adding unti-fouling inhibitor into the slurry. |
