连续重整往复压缩机故障原因分析与改造措施

摘    要:连续重整装置4M20—181/10—BX型往复式解吸气压缩机是炼油厂关键设备之一,在运行过程中存在活塞环、支承环磨损快等故障,停机检修频率很高。针对该机组故障原因进行分析,得出介质带液为主要原因,对活塞易损件材质进行改进,并对一级入口缓冲罐进行重新设计改造,应用效果明显。

Abstract:Continuous reforming unit 4 M20—181 /10—BX type reciprocating compressor is an oil refinery in solution is one of key equipment,in the operation process in piston,supporting rim wear fast failure,stopping maintenance frequency is very high.According to the unit fault causes and analysis for the main reason with liquid medium,on the piston parts,improve material,and the level of entrance buffer tank to design and transformation,the application effect is obvious.
