水力除焦三通阀阀芯改造对水泵出口压力的影响

摘    要:分析了水力除焦工艺过程中,快开型水力除焦三通阀的启闭对水泵出口压力的影响,指出该型除焦三通阀的快开流量特性导致泵出口压力的大幅度变化,对频繁启动的高压离心泵不利。为抑制水泵出口压力的变化幅度,对原三通阀的阀芯进行改造,使阀门流量特性类似线性。三通阀改造后,在水力除焦工艺的启泵、充水阶段,预测泵出口压力变化幅度较阀芯改造前下降74.8%,而泵出口压力实际变化幅度较阀芯改造前下降了82.68%,与预测的阀芯改造对水泵出口压力变化幅度的抑制程度基本一致。

Effect of Trim Modification of Hydraulic Decoking Three-way Valve on the Pump-outlet Pressure

Abstract:The effect of travel of on-off characteristic of hydraulic decoking three-way valve on the pump-outlet pressure was analyzed,and it was pointed out that on-off characteristic led to the pump-outlet pressure violent change. In order to restrain amplitude of pump-outlet pressure variation,on-off trim was changed to get linear-characteristic. It was forecasted that amplitude of pump-outlet pressure variation will fall by up to 74. 8% compared with the rangeability caused by the travel of trim changed before,and the real amplitude of pump-outlet pressure variation fell by up to 82. 68% which is in accord with the predicted value.
