| 摘 要： | 房地产泡沫是指由房地产投机因素所引起的房地产价格脱离市场基础的持续上涨，从而形成一种表面上的虚假繁荣。房地产泡沫的形成与膨胀加剧了银行的信贷风险，并有可能引发金融危机，因此探讨针对防治房地产泡沫的金融对策正是本文研究目的之所在。

| Abstract: | The real estate bubbles is the constant growth of the price that is stimulated by real estate factor to escape from the market and become a kind of superficially deceitful prosper ity. The Formation of the real estate bubble turns worse with inflation the loan risk of the bank and may cause the financial crisis. Therefore, we put forward the financial eounterplan and cure real estate bubble. |
