摘    要:针对立式圆柱形浮顶油罐的罐壁顶部抗风稳定性问题,设计一种抗风圈,在满足抗风稳定性要求的同时兼做罐顶工作所需的人行环道,通过常规设计方法计算此抗风圈的截面系数,进而判断抗风圈的安全稳定性;同时探索一种新的设计方法,通过AutoCAD精确绘图,并依靠其提供的查询"面域质量特性"的方法,确定该组合截面的形心、主力矩及截面系数,从而使组合截面系数的力学计算大大简化,最后通过两种方法得到的结果对比,验证新设计方法的可行性。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of the wind resistance stability of tank skin top on vertical cylindrical shaped floating roof tank, a new type of wind girder to meet the requirement of wind resistance and use as the staff passing loop was designed. The traditional method was used to calculate the coefficient of section of wind girder to determine its safety and stability. At the same time, a new design method was discussed. By applying AutoCAD graphing and relying on its region quality characteristic searching function, centroid, the main torque and section coefficient of compound section were determined, which could significantly simplify the mechanical calculation of section coefficient. The feasibility of this new method was proven by comparison of the results with the traditional one.
