CCD传感器在热成型工艺中的应用研究

本文介绍了CCD传感器对快速热成型工件的外径在线检测原理。通过误差因素的实验考证和理论分析，给出一种适用的CCD信号的综合误差补偿方法，该方法避开了难以检测的误差因素，借助易测的相关参量的在线估值，适时给出误差补偿量。该系统用于热工现场，测控精度满足工艺要求。

A Study on the Application of a CCD Sensor to the Measurement in Hot Forming Processing

The principle of a CCD sensor used for on-line measurement of workpieces produced by high speed hot forming was presented in this paper.And a new compensation method of the synthesis error of on-line measurement of the CCD sensor signal was given in detail by test demonstration and theoretic analysis of the major factors which resulted in the errors.Through this new method,the difficulties in direct on-line measurement of some errors were overcame by means of the on-line estimated value of correlative parameters which were easy to determine,and the compensation amount of the corresponding error was given simultaneously.Its application to the testing site of hot forming shown that the measurement precision of this new method is satisfactory to the request of factory.
