摘    要:北京南站工程底板大体积混凝土采用优化配合比设计,施工过程中采取控制混凝土搅拌、浇筑、振捣、养护、电子测温等措施,保证了底板15.4万m3大体积混凝土的施工质量,有效地预防了大体积混凝土裂缝问题。

Abstract:Construction of mass concrete slab in Beijing South Railway Station project adopts optimized mix design and multiple measures,such as controls on concrete mixing,pouring,vibrating,curing and electronic temperature measuring,to guarantee construction quality of 154 000 m3 mass concrete slab and to effectively prevent cracks on mass concrete.
