多聚甲醛合成脲甲醛缓释肥工艺初探

摘    要:用多聚甲醛代替甲醛溶液与尿素反应制取脲甲醛缓释肥,适宜的工艺条件为:n(尿素)/n(甲醛)=1.4,反应温度50℃;羟甲基化阶段控制pH=8.0,反应时间40 min;亚甲基化阶段控制pH=3.0,反应时间60 min。在此条件下得到产品的活性指数AI=72.88%,氮的转化率为74.99%,达到了AOAC的标准。

Abstract:The urea-formaldehyde slow-release fertilizer is produced with paraformaldehyde (instead of formaldehyde solution) and urea. The optimum conditions for urea-formaldehyde slow-release fertilizer are obtained: n(urea)/n(formaldehyde) of 1.4, reaction temperature of 50 ℃; in hydroxymethylation, pH of 8.0, reaction time of 40 min; in methylenelation, pH of 3.0, reaction time of 60 min. The activity index (AI) of the product is 72.88%, and the conversion of nitrogen is 74.99%, which up to the standard of AOAC.
