摘    要:介绍电子级磷酸的生产方法,以及在原料(工业级磷酸)处理阶段的脱砷原理和工艺流程。湿法工业级磷酸经脱砷及后续的结晶、重结晶处理后,w(As)由75×10-9降至10×10-9,产品质量达到SEMI—C7标准。

Abstract:The production technology of electronic grade phosphoric acid, as well as principle and process of arsenic removal in raw material (industrial grade WPA) treatment are introduced. After the arsenic removal as well as with crystallization, recrystallization, the w (As) in phosphoric acid is decreased from 75×10^-9 to less than 10×10^-9, which can reach SEMI-C7 standard.
