“烟塔合一”、合并风机、脱硫无旁路烟道热电机组烟道系统设计

摘    要:三河电厂(二期工程)是国内首座国产化“烟塔合一”、引风机和增压风机合并设置、脱硫无旁路烟道并采用玻璃钢净烟道的热电厂。在确保烟气系统可靠性的前提下,二期工程简化了烟道系统设计,对烟道系统设计及引风机选型进行了探索,目前二期工程已正常稳定运行2 年,达到了环保、安全的预期设计目标。文章根据上述特点,总结了该机组的烟道系统设计。
