| 摘 要： | 应用酶联免疫法建立肉及肉制品中已烯雌酚的检测方法.本方法具有良好的特异性,灵敏度,快速便捷.方法对肉和肉制品中己烯雌酚的检测下限为0.5μg/kg,已烯雌酚回收率达88.36%～90.68%,精密度为7.6%～7.8%.
