| 摘 要： | 本文指明了进行建筑能耗统计的意义,论述了国内、外建筑能耗调查与统计的现状与发展趋势。以居住建筑为例,提出了以明确建筑终端商品能耗分布、加强建筑能耗管理、促进与国际建筑能耗统计接轨、挖掘建筑节能潜力为目的的建筑能耗调查与统计方法。
