卤水用于印染废水脱色处理的研究

摘    要:将卤水作为一种成本较低的水处理药剂用于印染废水脱色处理。考察pH、卤水投加量、沉降时间等对单一组分有色废水脱色效果的影响,并对实际废水进行了脱色处理试验。结果表明,卤水对试验单一有色废水具有良好的脱色效果,在Mg2+浓度为150mg/L,pH为10.5~11时,脱色率可以达到92.4%;实际废水的脱色率平均为90.6%,CODCr去除率平均为58.6%。

Abstract:Laboratory studies were conducted to determine the efficacy of seawater bittern as a coagulant for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment. The effects of parameters such as pH, coagulant dosages and flocs setting time have been studied. The results show that bittern is capable of removing more than 92.4% of the coloring material at a pH of 10.5 to 11 and a dose of 150 mg/L Mg~ 2+ of single dye solution. The treatment of the industrial waste has shown a reduction of 58.6 % of COD_ Cr and 90.6% of color material.
