摘    要:摘要:本文介绍了以克拉玛依石油沥青为原料研制的SBR改性沥青的生产工艺,并进行产品指标分析,突出克拉玛依SBR改性沥青优良的粘韧性和韧性;通过热贮存试验,评价了产品的热稳定性;通过混合料检测和PG性能分级试验,对SBR改性沥青进行路用性能评价。

Abstract:Asphalt from Karamay naphthenic heavy crude was modified by SBR using SBR powder dispersed by mother liquid mixing process. The product qualities could meet the specifications of SBR modified road asphalt (JTG F40-2004) issued by China Ministry of Communications. Various performance test results showed that the product possessed good toughness and tenacity, excellent thermal stability during storing and good road performance at high-low temperatures. According to the SHRP standard evaluation, said product satisfied the requirements of PG64-28.
