聚乙烯醇作为油井水泥降失水剂的研究

摘    要:聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种水溶性聚合物,分子中有大量的羟基存在。因此,可以把它作为油井水泥降失水剂的原料。文章研究了在不同的聚合度和醇解度的PVA作为油井水泥降失水剂的滤失性能,研究发现PVA17-88是以PVA作为油井水泥降失水剂的最好原料。并对PVA17-88作为油井水泥降失水剂与分散剂和消泡剂的配伍性、耐温、抗盐以及水泥浆的综合性能进行了系统的研究。

Abstract:Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a water soluble polymer. There are lots of hydroxide radicals in its molecules. So it can be the raw material of fluid loss additive for oil well cement. Taking PVA as fluid loss additive of oil well cement, the filtration property is investigated under different degree of polymerization and alcoholysis. It is found PVA17-88 is the best raw material of fluid loss additive for oil well cement. Also, the systematic investigation is conducted for the performance of the compatibility of PVA17-88 as fluid loss additive for oil well cement with dispersant and antifoamer, the temperature tolerance and the salt resistance, and for the comprehensive performance of the cement slurry.
