沥青混合料低温约束温度应力试验研究

摘    要:此方法对不同沥青、不同级配沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能作出了评价。试验结果表明,用低温约束温度应力试验中的冻断温度评价沥青混合料低温抗裂性能,直观、可靠性高。不同的沥青品种其混合料冻断温度明显不同,低温性能的沥青抗裂性能较好;沥青品种相同、级配不同的沥青混合料其冻断温度不同,但差别较小。沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料表现出较好的低温抗裂性,沥青碎石的低温抗裂性较差。

Abstract:On the basis of the test method, the anti cracking performance of asphalt mixture blended with different kinds of asphalt and/or different gradation was evaluated. It was showed that using frost fracture temperature to evaluate anti cracking performance of asphalt mixture at low temperature was a direct and reliable method. The frost fracture temperatures of varying kinds of asphalt were obviously different, while those of same kind but dissimilar gradations were slightly different. Asphalt mixture with good low temperature performance also had fine anti cracking performance. Anti cracking performance at low temperature of SMA was much better than that of asphalt macadam.
