摘    要:研究了反应温度,反应时间,氯气量,催化剂用量和碱液浓度等因素对催化氯化法粗制粗苯过程的影响。与硫酸法相比,在保证纯苯质量的前提下,可消除酸焦油和含酸废水对环境的污染。

Abstract:The effect of the factors such as reaction temperature, reaction time chlorine quanti- ty, catalyst consumption and soda solution concentration on the crude benzol refining with catalyt- ic chlorination process is studied. Compared with sulfuric acid process, under the premise of ensur- ing pure benzene quality, the pollution of tar acid and waste water contained with acid on environ- ment can be eliminated.
