| 摘 要： | 为探索渐开线花键冷搓挤成形工艺中齿条形刀具角度变化对花键成形结果的影响,采用ANSYS软件,变更刀具齿形角分别进行成形过程仿真并进行结果分析比较;刀具形状复杂且整个研究需多次建模,在ANSYS中建模非常费时费力,选择AutoCAD VBA编程实现刀具的参数化造型而后导入ANSYS的方法。运行一次VBA宏程序即可得到一把虚拟刀具,大大缩短研究进程,也为类似问题的研究提供了有效的参考途径。

| Abstract: | To study the impact of angle variations of cutting tool on the results of involute spline cold rolling.The simulation of the forming process with different cutting tool angles is very valuable.The modeling of rack-kind tools is very difficult in ANSYS.AutoCAD VBA method is used to establish the geometric model.ANSYS can import the geometric model by means of software interface.All of above give the references for engineering and study application for similar projects. |
