摘    要:PT-1降粘剂是顺丁烯二酸(酐)与乙烯基单体的共聚物。本文通过扫描电镜、粒度分析、X射线衍射等分析测定,研究了PT-1在膨润土泥浆和聚合物泥浆中的降粘作用,探讨了PT-1的降粘机理。

Abstract:Viscosity reducer for polymer mud PT-1 is a low molecular copolymer of maleic acid (anhydride) and vinyl monomers, having been put into use in gas fields of Sichuan. In this paper the apparent viscosity reduction and the changes in size distribution and in lattice spacing d(001) of clay particles in a polymer and a clay muds treated by PT-1 and other viscosity reducers are determined, and the morphologies of these clay particles are observed under electron microseope. It is deduced that PF-1 is adsorbed onto clay particles and forms hydrogen-bonded complex with adsorbed HPAM molecules and thus weakens and desintegrates the polymer-clay network, leading to reduction of apparent viscosity of polymer mud. In clay mud PT-1 functionizes according to the classic mechanizm of thinning.
